Summing up a complex story in an apparently simple watercolour is what Anne’s work is known for. Every week her small illustrations appear alongside big stories in newspapers and magazines, such as the column ‘Die ene melding’ (That one call) in the Volkskrant. After more than 100 stories, Anne is reversing the roles. Her capturing illustrations are now on display in an extra large format at The Hoxton Amsterdam, where the public can attach their own stories to them.
